Producer / Agil Projektledare

About Apegroup

Apegroup is a Stockholm-based digital studio dedicated to changing, building and running digital businesses, products and content. We’ve never been just about technology, or just about design - but about the sweet spot of possibilities between design, technology and data.

We’re made up of 50 people of all ages and in a marvellous mix between coders, designers and business people. We’re all from different backgrounds and different parts of the world. But what we all share is a passion for doing great digital work.

Since 2001 we’ve been part of more than 100 digital initiatives helping brands grow, creating value and increasing profit for local and global clients like McDonald’s, ICA, Hemnet, MTG, Fortum, TV4 and Söderberg & Partners.

About the role

Your responsibility as a producer is to lead 1-3 projects at a time, making sure that the team delivers according to the deliverables. You will be in the center of all communication in the project, for example leading daily stand-ups, communicating with the designers to produce new assets and writing weekly reports directly to the customer and to the client team at Apegroup responsible for the customer account.

  • Act as a Scrum Master, coaching the team to love (or at least follow) the agile work process
  • Work together with the Client/Product Owner with backlog grooming to make sure everything is prioritized and prepared for the development work
  • Be the Queen/King of time management and the fighter of Scope Creeps (act as a "meat shield" to protect the team from requirement changes and discussions during sprints)
  • Identify or catch potential issues, risks or impediments that are raised by the team and escalate to the customer and/or client teams when necessary
  • Be the link between design and tech keeping the spirit of cross-functionality sky high

  • Experience in leading digital projects, preferably mobile or web production
  • Experience in agile work methods (such as Scrum or Kanban)
  • Good spoken and written Swedish and English

  • Certification / knowledge about analytic platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Experience as a QA-tester
  • Basic code knowledge in Android, Java, Javascript or Swift.
  • Experience as a copywriter / publisher
  • Deployment specialist, with experience in distribution channels, tag management, App Stores etc.

These skill are not required, but if you have one or more it will be feather in the cap so to speak

So, what more do Ape have to offer?

Except being part of a fun team and working on innovative projects we offer a set of perks, like breakfast every Friday, Monthly AW, health care contribution (SATS is located right next to the office - no excuse for not working out over lunch) and your own YAY-DAY! (paid free day on your birthday).
