About the role
User Experience Design at Apegroup is all about creating meaningful and delightful experiences that create value to our users and our clients.
We are looking for a creative User Experience Designer with at least three years of experience in the field. You love turning complex challenges into great user interface solutions, and you have no problem with zooming in on the details and then back out again to understand how it all fits in the larger picture.
As a user experience designer at Apegroup you will understand experiences through interviews, observations and data. You will create thoughtful and scalable user interface solutions through sketching, wireframes, information architecture, prototypes and usability testing. You will be responsible for establishing thoughtful and scalable design systems.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Skilled at concept development and transforming it into actionable deliverables.
Solid understanding of Web, Android and iOS UI patterns.
Ability to visualise your ideas in wireframes and prototypes.
Plan and facilitate user observations, user interviews and usability studies
Ability to audit, structure and label the content into a thought through information architecture.
Ability to present your work and the rational behind it to both the team and client with flair.
As a person you are sociable and easy going. But most importantly, you are curious. You thrive on exploring new ways to deliver your ideas and developing your skill set. We expect you to take initiatives and always be open for new ideas, even if they are not your own. The will to document and to communicate best practice to your colleagues is key.
